The Inman Aligner is an American removable adult orthodontic appliance that is worn for between eight and twelve weeks. It is designed to correct crowded front teeth much more quickly than a fixed appliance can. It works because the dentist carefully files a miniscule layer of enamel from between the front six or eight teeth, creating the extra space necessary to straighten the teeth. It is taken out only for meals.
