Missing all teeth?

All teeth in one or both jaws are missing, or have to be extracted
Four or more dental implants are inserted, generally under local anaesthetic. Sedation is advised because the procedure will be a lengthy one. Sometimes two implants are used, as a less expensive solution
Two to three months later pillars (abutments) are screwed on to the implants. These can either support a fixed bridge or may act as anchors to help fix a loose full denture
A fixed bridge is generally made by us here at Pentangle Dental. These bridges can be made from a wide variety of materials - to suit all budgets. We arrange to see you again one year after the implants have been placed, to check everything
