Appointment Cancellation Policy
We appreciate that everyone has a busy life nowadays. However failure to provide us with 48 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment may result in a fee being charged, if we cannot fill your appointment space. Typically this will be 50% of the charge that would have been made for the appointment.
Emergencies Out of Hours
If you are under treatment with us and have a dental problem one of our dentists will be available to give advice. A mobile telephone number is given on our practice answerphone and the on-call dentist will be available between the hours of 6.00pm and 10.00pm weeknights and 9.00am to 5.00pm on weekends and Bank Holidays.
